I saw a video from RT where Palestinians were evidently taking a pro Bashar al-Assad stance, stressing that – in contrast to other countries which have received Palestinian refugees – Syria gave them rights and citizenship, welcomed them and they somehow feel obliged to it.
They seemed to complain about the attempts to bring them into the conflict, and this comment seemed more targeted at the Syrian rebels.

But beside that, haven’t run into much information on this issue…if you have more info, I would be interested to read a related article
